Mario: Super Luigi

'cause my old cape Luigi pic was puke. Lol, I just noticed this can be complimentary to my Super Mario post. --> O.o;

Luigi's drawn a bit chibi here, now he looks a bit plumb and short, like Mario. No shading or fancy BG coloring. Plain coloring with bright setting and a canvas filter. X3 Oops'd the face, fingers, and cape, but I rather do like the overall look, especially the back.

Did this back in end of Feb.
