Iggy: "What? Dun liek mah grass hair?"


After many years the Koopalings have returned w/ a slight overhaul, and DA's been swarmed with artworks, so, here's my recent try on Iggy.



ARTIST'S COMPLAINTS:
Drawing-wise it's one of the rare cases something actually turned out RIGHT! Like with Wendy and Birdo, I wanted to take a shot at "difficult" characters, and I had reasons to because of Iggy's new vegetative hairdo.

The effects of his wand looks a bit too firery, but I like it. :3 One detail coloring is enough. Forget the rest. Geez, his old hair is an ass pain to color. <__<

I'm not used to drawing non-humans. O__< Their body build, the shell, and reptilian feet, etc, I don't fair well. Granted it's not the best, but the resulting pose, I'm satisfied. Looking at it longer, I'm starting to like his classic look again.

It's a little milestone for me. X3

Completed few days before the game's release. And now I don't like it so much anymore.... ;\ Got another Psycho-Physio test tm.
