Happy Halloween, 2009!

Ah, how nice it is to sit among the moon and clouds when *POOF!* A bloodsucking someone appears next to Daisy. Uh-oh, she knows something's wrong.

Luigi/Mr. L is your typical transformed (...lol) vampire of the night.

Daisy is an undead (...or more like a live) bride.




ARTIST'S COMPLAINTS:
Holy crap, Koji drew a seasonal pic! That doesn't happen often, and it certainly was hard getting started. <__>

Daisy was originally meant to be a witch with a broom instead (and now it's a moon), but that's too plain generic (and what? A vampire isn't? ). Then, I remembered Corpse Bride, even though the idea didn't really fit her character, -____-; she wouldn't wear this. I did had fun drawing her wavy hair, and she looks nice.

The most difficult part was making the veil glow & transparent. Layer planning madness!

I worked really hard on this one. Robbed me of my sleep, and I'm very dead now. I went all out on coloring, but I don't really like the color scheme with the pink, purple and such, as it doesn't feel very Halloween-y to me. I decided on an even redder moon in the last minute. :b Lol, I drew the Swoopers wrong. Though far from perfect, I like the overall pencil drawing with more actual Mario characters/enemies. X)

Enjoy the early post, because it's like hell breaks loose next week with 3 exams and a paper due. Do enjoy it. I'm killing myself...
