*Ahem* As you all know, Couples? is my most famous drawing in my entire gallery and I thought I'd redraw the whole thing. =P Sure the old one has a classical charm, but I'd say this is WAY better. :)

Finished right before No Guts ;) so now it's old and meh. >.>;;


Artist's COMPLAINTS:
* BLOODY RAINBOW!!! I'm NEVER going to CG rainbows again!! God dangit! :rage:

* Had trouble shading the brothers' overalls and Daisy's dress...

* Mario still looks funny sitting down... Daisy and Peach's hair TOOK FOREVER to shade!

I don't care if places look weird, I'm NOT going to make any changes. :paranoid: GOD!


Alright, I'm done complaining. I am rather satisfied with the results. :) I worked REALLY FREAKING HARD on this and I'm really proud being able to recreate this pic with my current skills. :D Definitely one of my best work to date (said 3-4 months ago that is). :XD: Don't expect me to color like this again. :P

omg this is awesome lol its just perfect, an old pic but new :XD: the BG is very nice, i like that big cloud X] holy crap....luigi is freakin awesomely cute in this just like the original one. his face is .. i cant even say lol...and daisys all like , see this? this is what hes getting lol X] and mario looks so cute sitting there :D peach is like this guy is mine =p lol wow big comment for a pic ive ready seen, you did i really great job on this koji ;) :thumbsup: you get a cookie :cookie: =P

Amazing work, it's always fun to see old drawings recreated. The time you put into this really shows. The shading on the characters is awesomely detailed, and the background is nicely detailed as well.
